Short version: Buy your train ticket online (“Flughafen Graz” to “Leibnitz Bahnhof”, € 9.10), follow the black train symbols on yellow background / the covered walkway (350 meters), find platform 2 = direction Spielfeld by following the path around the construction site. Take the S1 (every 30 minutes) to Leibnitz, call a taxi: +43345275570 (Taxi Silvia – if you mention the Wegener Center or OPAC, they know where you have to go; they accept payment via card.)

Note: Credit cards aren’t accepted everywhere in Austria, especially for small expenses. We therefore recommend you get some cash/Euros. The last ATM is at the airport. ATMs in Leibnitz are approx. 40 minutes on foot from the castle.

• Buy a train ticket to Leibnitz Bahnhof online at the ÖBB website, via ÖBB app (available for iOS and Android) or directly at the machine at the station (red ticket machines; cash, debit or credit card).
• In Graz, take the S1: Trains every 30 minutes at xx:05 and xx:35 (>> timetable)
• To get from Leibnitz station to Seggau Castle, call a taxi while on the train:

  The ride will probably cost around € 13. If you mention the Wegener Center or OPAC, they know where to pick you up in Leibnitz and to drop you off at the castle (or at your hotel, if you stay somewhere else). They accept payment via card.
